Jonathan S. Sammon

Hi, I’m Jonathan,

 

I believe design is multidisciplinary: I like developing my skills across a wide spectrum, to be able to tackle challenging interdisciplinary problems, or to follow a single project through multiple stages of development, from concept ideation through manufacturing, distribution, and end-of-life.

 

When I’m not busy using design principles to change the world or to build a better toaster, you can probably find me upgrading my 3D-printer, debating gender theory over tea, or blues dancing the night away in the heart of Chicago.

 

I studied Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing and Design Engineering at Northwestern University. Currently I’m a Senior Product Development Engineer for Reynolds Consumer Products
